Chad Dennis has been a strength and conditioning coach for the past 19 years and has worked in high school, college, and the professional levels.  He has experience training football, track and field, basketball, and MMA/BJJ athletes and has been a part of several conference championships and bowl teams.  Chad has been a head football strength and conditioning coach in the Big 12 and the MAC conferences and has been a director of performance in the XFL, AAF, as well as an assistant in the NFL with the Houston Texans.

 

He graduated from University of Texas in 1993, with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and earned his Master of Science degree in Sports Physiology from Texas A&M University in 2005.  He is certified CSCS by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a USAW certification, and is a Certified Conditioning Coach.

Chad will utilize his knowledge and expertise from years of training athletes and apply it to tactical professionals.  By raising a person’s strength, power, and conditioning level they will increase their physical and mental performance, as well as their resiliency.  As the professional improves physical and mental resiliency, they will expand their capacity to handle stress and recover from intense bouts of work or training.  Chad believes this will increase the professional’s durability and expand the number years they can serve.
