Max Glaser is a high performance strength & conditioning coach for a variety of athletes, most notably tactical personnel. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University and a Bachelors of Science out of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Max Glaser has developed a core area of expertise from his work within the San Jose Sharks Organization, United States Special Forces, and Romanian Special Forces. He has developed numerous complete programs for Special Forces operators from first days of training all the way through graduation and onto the battlefield. He has been a part of teams that have developed comprehensive training that adds strength, speed, endurance, and recovery. He has also found tremendous success in working with adaptive athletes, wounded veterans, and individuals with disabilities restoring and building all areas of their performance.

Within the tactical community Max's goal is to help increase strength, overall speed, competitive endurance, while maintaining injury prevention. Additionally, it is important to train tactical athletes so they are always battlefield ready. This requires a training regimen that starts by identifying one's weakest attribute and building a program that helps build this up and create an all around resilient tactical athlete. Max's programs will make sure you are ready to crush every selection process you have to face.
