An Intense 12 week program designed by BOAR³ coaches to improve strength, build aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and develop total-body work capacity that results in mitigating injuries and improving individual readiness. This program is designed to improve your overall physical performance with a focus on increasing your overall Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) score.

​Once you sign up you'll receive an email with instructions on how to download and install the training app. The app will give instant access to the training program and assign you a BOAR³ personal trainer.
