A condensed 4 week program that is specifically designed to dramatically increase your ability to do ACFT Leg Tucks. We designed this by using a very specific set of scientifically proven training principles which allows the end user to experience tremendous gains in posterior and core strength in a very short time. While these are the latest and greatest principles developed by some of the brightest minds in the fitness industry, make no mistake there is no magic pill. You will have to put in the work for all 30 days! Our initial test group saw anywhere from a 100% to 400% gain in their leg tuck repetitions by the end of the 30 day program.
