Franco was born and raised in Natalia, Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17. After a tour to Iraq, Franco finished his second enlistment in the military as a Drill Instructor aboard MCRD San Diego. Franco has graduated from the American Public University with a B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences and graduate level schooling at Point Loma Nazarene University with a M.S in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Sports Performance. Franco is currently studying physical therapy school at the University of Miami.

Franco enjoys running and training, participating in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and reading sports performance research. He holds eight certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which include: CPT, YES, BCS, WLS, PES, MMAES, FNS, and CES. He also is certified with TRX as a GTC. Lastly, Franco is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Understanding your operational environment and the ability to operate in austere locations. Franco understands the physical demands because he specializes body mechanics.
