NUTRITION PLANS

We offer two custom options to fit your needs, our specific custom meal and and our flex custom meal plan.

Our Specific Custom Meal Plan (SCMP) tells you exactly what to eat (4-5 meals a day including snacks) in portions that align with your specific macronutrient goals. We develop these plans based on your individual food preference, total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and personal challenges (carb cravings, sweet tooth, etc). You'll be assigned a Nutrition Consultant Coach, which allows for ongoing communication and support. Adjustments to your macronutrients  will be made as needed as your body composition changes.

 

With this custom option we do all the planning for you! This option is perfect if you want to take the guesswork out of your nutrition, and want to follow a structured plan.

 Our Flex Custom Meal Plan (FCMP) is an individual macronutrient plan that includes one-on-one coaching from your assigned Nutrition Consultant Coach. Your body composition will continuously be evaluated to determine the best macronutrient prescription to fit your goals. You'll receive your planned macros on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, this will give you a foundation to build your own meal plan design.

 

This plan differs from the SCMP by offering you more flexibility in what you choose to eat. This is perfect for someone who has experience counting macros and calories, but needs some professional guidance to meet their goals.

Q: Do you have any dieticians on staff?

​​We've worked with dietitians to establish some of BOAR³ core principles, but we do not have any on staff full-time.

Q: What are your professional qualifications?

BOAR³ staff are certified American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) Master Nutrition Consultants. AFPA is an accredited school by the AADP, and fully meets the requirements for board certification.

Q: Who is this service right for?

BOAR³ plans are great options for everyone! Our goal is your goal, we can help you lose weight, gain mass whether you are keto, holistic, paleo, or balanced we do it all.

Q: How does the purchasing process work?

Simple & Seamless. After you decide which plan you want and place your order you will receive an email from us to book your zoom call with your nutrition coach. Within 48 hours after your coach & client meeting, you'll receive your custom plan via email!

Q: What kind of plans do you create?

We have every type of option you could think of, remember this is 100% custom. Lactose free, gluten free, balanced nutrition, low-carb, no-carb, high protein, etc. The possibilities are endless. We always build the plan 100% custom to you. No member will receive a cookie cutter plan, and no two members plans will be identical.

Q: What if I have food sensitivities?

No problem, each plan is custom to the user. Identify your sensitivities with your coach during your initial consultation and your plan will be built around them.

Q: I can't cook everyday, will this work?

Yes! We understand how busy people are these days, and we build out plans to take that into consideration. Everything we program is considered "Quick-Prep".

Q: Does my plan include supplements?

Supplement recommendations are made as needed, we believe in programming whole foods which will be your primary energy source. If there are supplements you want to take, make sure you explain that to your coach!

Q: What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy. Our intent is for you to succeed with your goals. Having a refund option gives you an option to quit. Commit & Succeed.

Q: But why is there no refund policy?

What you receive with BOAR³ nutrition is intellectual property and time. We have built a custom made program for you to follow. There is no way to return the program, it's not a tangible item like a book or clothes that you can send back. You should be 100% sure you are ready to commit before you purchase.
